Nice one. They only had the dark blue in my size and when trying to pay online for free delivery by end of next week it got stuck with the 'busy' spinning disc while waiting to access the payment page. So I started again and chose the collect from store (boxed not ready built) and popped down to collect 1 hour later. Just got to build it now.

Its just a matter of asking the right questions and not being afraid to. I queried what would happen if the price changes and the manager said "oh this price wont change, but if it does we will refund you the difference" so it did on xmas day online, couldnt wait to go in and put them to their word and they honoured it. x

they have a 7 day price match, but you have 28 days refund policy. Ring your branch up and tell them that you purchased the bike on whatever day and now its gone down, you were told if the price changes to come in for a refund. I asked that the day I bought my sons as on black friday it was 249.99, but when i went to buy it it was back up to £300. It doesnt matter how you paid it, just take your receipt in with you. xx

I bought this my lad for xmas on the 14th dec it was £299.99..............just been down today to get the £50 returned to my card of the price difference
