Got 4 crates of Fosters for £10 each yesterday, plus two bottles of Sambuca (black and clear) and two bottles of Fire Water.
Had a great time last night. ;o)
They have been put away until Christmas.

50p per can doesn't make a 'decent lager'.
Possibly the best deal available for said lager right now, but still doesn't make it a decent lager.
I'm no drinks/lager snob by any stretch of imagination, but if you think carling is decent you really should try different brands.

£11 in Sainsburys, needed the Sky Sports pass for the rugby tomorrow. Works out cheap beer for what i need. Heat....

Better than Carlsberg and Fosters IMHO which are normally priced similarly.
Sometimes a Stella, Peroni, San Miguel or other premium beer isn't what the occasion needs.

Some do, some don't. Good price for a decent lager. Not one for the snobby **** though. They will be along any time soon. For them the lager has to be in a bottle and cost loads of money. W..k..s.
