Yep, same as me. I really hate it when you just get your order cancelled and no explanation. It's appallingly poor customer service but having dealt with shopto on a number of occasions over the years it comes as no surprise. While I am on the one hand glad for the people getting one copy it would be interesting know how they decided a cut off for the other people that ordered only one copy and have had refunds.

P.S. Have to say, I only wanted the CoD4 game; Infinite Warfare is a dreadful experience - similar to the experience an adult might endure on a fairground ghost train :disappointed: . . . . but, the kids might love it. :laughing:

I had a bit of a nonsense with their website going wonky last night, but no harm done.
Emailed them, and called this morning to instruct them to cancel account and to delete all information on me, also send me email acknowledging above procedure has been carried out. Spoke with a rather frosty and slightly irate 'Melissa' - poor lass sounded as if she had been hit with a tsunami of such calls.
First time I've ever attempted to buy from Shopto, but after this exhibition of disorganisation in action, I'd rather avoid any future nonsense.
Nevertheless, OT, it was obviously worth it for some, so once again - great find, and well done for posting it! :smile:

For anybody who managed to place an order, I've just spoken to ShopTo and it turns out it WAS a pricing error but if you ordered one (like I did) they're going to be honouring the price and shipping it out. People who ordered in bulk are most likely going to get their orders cancelled.
