Probably best you don't jump on it. Apparently they've got fragile screens.

Does this come with GPS? Not that I plan to go anywhere with it considering it's 5hr battery life!

I've been downloading netflix stuff onto this, android os thinks this is a phone as such and not a tablet. all cellular software on this too

I believe Bush smart phones and tablets are manufactured by Archos, as were the Tesco Hudl tablets. Any Hudl fans wanting to update their hardware should give these serious consideration.

Archos didn't make the Hudl tablets. The 1st gen was made by Wistron and the 2nd gen was made by Pegatron.
I was considering the 8 inch version to replace my broken hudl 2, I was holding out to see if Nvidia would release a new Shield tablet but it seems they're not, so I might plump for the Bush after all. The bad reviews are a bit off putting but shouldn't have any issues returning it if needed.

Yes it has a Mediatek processor, that from reading reviews appears to be perfectly fine for a basic user. For £70 I'd argue it is what a basic user would expect to be paying and the overall specs for the money are quite a lot of kit for the price too.
I'd ask you to suggest a better alternative if the only thing you can come up with is a one word answer but no context. Thanks so much for helping the conversation.

2GB of RAM
Quadcore processor
1920x1200 px IPS panel
32gb of storage
Android 6.0.
Am I missing something here or should this not be smoking hot. Yes I know it's a Bush branded tablet and no HDMI output.
Also just noticed also offers SD card slot and 2 years warranty.

It does have an HDMI socket.
The specs alone make it hot.

This is a rebranded archeos 70, 25gb free memory after android os and main apps installed. hdmi, good for netflix, prime movies etc especially as downloads now allowed for offline viewing. Good buy

I only collected it yesterday from Argos but its brilliant so far from what I've used on it for 2-3 hours. Its the 8" £79 model with 2GB memory, the cheaper (£49/£59 I forget) 7" model only has 1GB so that might be laggy which is why I went for the better model (having used 1GB models before).

Was going to jump on this but it only has a 3000mAh battery, which is the same as a 5.1" Samsung S7. That seems rather pathetic for a 7" screen and I would be surprised if this even managed 4 hours of use never mind 5!

Almost bought this my self, I posted comments about it on the Lenovo Tab3 8" thats going for £79 at Argos.
Previous owners on HUKD say the wireless isn't a great signal and the speaker is rubbish
Shame as the rest of the specs blow the lenovo out of the water but I wanted reliable WiFi so I still went for the Lenovo.

Hi. Is the Lenovo laggy with basic stuff, such as surfing? Reviews seem good but a few reports of lagginess.

Seems a lot of tech for the money. Archos used to make some decent devices back in the day. I've had a few of their portable media players and always decent.
Can't complain too much for the price tho... I'd say its hot.

It is 32gb.
And 2gb of Ram.
Marshmallow.
HDMI.
Not used it in anger yet but seems excellent bit of kit.
No brainer really when you look at the spec compared to what other tablets are going hot on here!!
