For that you will need Dymo 4XL printer. It is expensive, so I have a different solution - a laser printer and A6 cut to size label. I bought them from HERE and they are easy peel-off (the back paper is cut in the middle, so you can just bend it slightly). So far it is the best solution I know. I have not found anything better than that. If someone knows a better one, please advise. Thank you.

please share how you do it, Royal mail wants to print a quarter of a piece of a4 paper Everytime. my standard printer is rubbish and the barcodes don't scan! I would love to use the label printer for pre paid postage rather than get the death stare when I rock up at the post office at 5.20

Not really a full time seller - have just sold a few things on ebay.
Just seems like a novelty item! :man: (Might just get the smaller hand held ones!!!)

Is it possible to print royal mail prepaid labels with this?
Not sure if the smartstamp application exists anymore having looked at their website. I've had no luck printing royal mail labels from ebay with this device, so wouldn't buy one solely to print royal mail labels.

Will this be suitable for labelling cables, ethernet cables?

You can label anything with it - labels come in all shapes, colours and sizes. Obviously you can cut them down afterwards as well.

I've got one of these. Paid £35 for it from PC World in November last year following a deal someone posted on here. £40 is a fair price IMO.
Works like a charm. Glad I bought it. Even though I use it infrequently, it's perfect for those sort of jobs where you want a professional looking label instead of scribbling something.
Make sure you download the software / drivers from the Brother website instead of using the CD supplied ones as they don't work properly if you do the anniversary update on Win 10.
If I was being really picky, I would have liked the option of 600 dpi print (useful for 8 point or very small text etc), but it's probably quite rare at this price point.

If you sell online then it's the best printer for you without any hassles for several years. I'm using an older version of same company for last 6 years without having any problems a single time but bought another one, just in case :sunglasses:

I have absolutely no idea why but I really want one of these. :disappointed:
Please can someone convince me not to buy one as I really don't send many letters etc!!!

No idea how the alternatives work though.
