Dunelm have long had this problem. Their website stock system isn't real-time, maybe it only updates overnight. That's why they ask you wait until you get 'Your order is ready for collection' email. As I've said previously their website is rubbish.

Thanks, it worked when I used a tablet. On the tablet the store finder didn't work, so I had to pick the store from a drop down list. However the stores were in a random order not alphabetical. Whoever wrote Dunelm's website needs sacking.

After reading the reviews, I managed and have just ordered from my nearest store at Bournemouth. I had to play around a little but have now been able to reserve a box.
