The Seller hasnt responded to the dispute i opened so I have now had to escalate the claim.....so thats me doing the legwork for a seller that cant be ars*d ~ No apology or anything....what a nice company!!!!!!!!!

I'm in the same boat as you, just escalated the claim. They don't reply to any electronic messages. I have phoned them a couple of time to be fobbed off. hopefully we will get our money back.
