I got these last year at Xmas and the quality is excellent. Wash well and so comfy . I still have mine a year on and they're still in fab condition. I would definitely recommend these especially at this price.. I'm usually a 10-12 but the 12 fit me perfect. No drawstring waste though.

I ordered earlier and after clicking confirm payment the screen never loaded to say the order was complete. However then received an order confirmation so assumed it had all gone through ok. I'm normally a size 8,when this offer was on last year there was only size 10 available nearest to my size,and they were too big,so would definitely say they are true to size

Hopefully not, but slight concern that there may be stock issues for some. All of the sizes for all 9 styles were showing as available throughout the circa 8 hours that this 'glitch' was available. They then all went offline, and are now back on, minus a lot of the more common sizes. Even if they choose to honour the double discount, if they don't have a dynamic stock update system, there may have been too many orders of certain styles and sizes to fulfil. Ordered 4 for the family, so fingers crossed.

Damn, I went a size larger due to comments on here. Now the missus will assume I think she's fat!

So I placed orders for different sizes in a few prints yesterday for home delivery and have heard absolutely nothing since the email confirmation stage. I noticed that I couldn't even see an order history on the Boux Avenue website when I checked yesterday morning after ordering.

But a couple of hours later (so around lunchtime yesterday) I went back on the website and spotted that the the gingerbread pjs, the print I liked the most that was out of stock at the time of my initial order, appeared to have mysteriously come back in stock. I opted to then place another order for that print and another in a size 12 and went for store collection that time, and I did in fact get an email earlier today stating that my order was ready for collection. However, immediately after I'd placed that order for the gingerbread set + another print yesterday, I realised I'd likely made a sizing mistake and thus reordered it in a size 10 to be collected at the same store today. I've just this second noticed I now have an email from them stating that the gingerbread size 10 set is oos and they've refunded me for it and only just now dispatched the other half of that £20 order that was also supposed to arrive today. I've absolutely no idea if this means I've now been charged more than the £10 for the single set or what...?

It seems like the Boux Avenue website isn't very well equipped to handle a large quantity of orders! I suspect a lot of people are going to start receiving some cancellation emails.

When this happened last year I received my order,but I collected in store,this time I opted for home delivery as it was free.

I've just spoke to customer services and was told my order has been picked and gift wrapped and it's just waiting for dispatch, she said they are extremely busy and apologise for the delay.

Just got an email invoice for one set and other £10 refunded.

No explanation saying one out of stock or even if the others have been dispatched. Is this place run from back room of a pub lol?

I got dispatch email this morning and they turned up an hour ago. Only one pair though and had no email saying sorry one pair is out of stock etc. Poor customer service really.

I got same email even though one pair were delivered today lol. No mention if others are coming or not though the seperate invoice they sent only mentions the pair they sent and refund due. Its quite clear their IT systems and stock systems are not fit for purpose ha.

If they refund me £10 for second pair its fine as one pair for a tenner delivered is fine.

My 2 for £20 pj's arrived yesterday, they look lovely!

Received mine over weekend - box was damaged so I emailed. However (stupidly) I haven't actually opened the gift wrap to check both pairs are there as I assumed they would be. I have only been charged £10 so now im thinking I will unfortunately look tonight and there will only be one pair. Disappointing really as I've had no communication regarding this ... and also disappointed the box was badly damaged. Oh well.

I got 1 pair and never got an email saying one pair out of stock, nor have I had a £10 refund so I assume they will send the other pair when back in stock. Poor show that there has been no communication from them especially since I emailed them Friday am and still not had a reply. I have managed to get a deal email every day since ordering.

Will not buy from them again as they are not that high quality anyhow. The ones in Aldi feel better quality and they are less than these offer ones.

I'm going to check on mine tonight. I'm kicking myself for not checking the box but because they were gift wrapped I didn't want to open it all especially as the box was already damaged. If it is just the one pair I'm ringing them tonight as I do think this is pretty poor. Regardless of the deal they should still be providing a better service than this.

The absence of customer service from this company is shocking. I got a receipt charging for one so the gingerbread was not dispatched despite the fact that I ordered as soon as the deal was posted. I will not be ordering from them again. The pair they charged for has still not arrived. I will be on the phone to them again tomorrow.
