Good cheap price, particularly if you're a bit of a lush like me. I've tried this, it's exceptionally similar to the Blossom Hill Rose of you're not fussed about the label.
To be honest getting half hammered to £2.49 is worth the punt. Enjoy!

Unless you are the lightest of lightweights you are not going to get half hammered on a bottle of this stuff. It's got less alcohol in than two pints of beer. And it will be 'wine' made from concentrate somewhere on an industrial estate in the UK. Much better value is something like Waitrose Ripe and Juicy Spanish Rose Wine @ £4.99 http://www.waitrose.com/shop/ProductView-10317--231951-Waitrose+Ripe+and+juicy+Spanish+rose which is 13.5% alcohol instead of 7% - twice the price but almost twice as strong. It will taste much nicer and will actually be proper wine.

This is British wine (not English). Probably made from concentrate (like home made wine). Cannot see this being any good, probably the same as 'three mills' that used to be in tescos.

I can honestly say I've never bought a bottle of wine based on the alcohol content- I tend to go on recommendations and if I had it before and if I liked it. I guess I'm odd!

That makes it an expensive bottle of wine. Most wines are 12%-14% and you don't need to pay much more than the price of this for a proper bottle instead of this pretend wine.
