Well we found a demo model left in John Lewis Norwich which they wouldn't sell us as head office hadn't confirmed to them it wasn't coming back into stock. Phoned head office, confirmed as not coming back in at any point yet the store still refused to sell it to us says we don't believe head office who actually phoned the store to confirm they can sell it to us.
Clearly a staff member has decided they're having it and doing the dirty on us. Not impressed

Got one last night (for del 31/12), just got to a computer to post deal - but had a suspicion it may have been a tad late :smiley:
Fingers crossed the heating element was unlucky for you littld...To be honest its not much more (<£100) than the bargain basement no-brand we bought a few years ago. That ones heating element went twice too - this time on xmas eve.

Had one. Heating element packed in after 2 yrs. Get an extended warranty if you want to keep it longer.

Yes us too this week replacemt part and fit is £230 so if you buy one get extended warranty.
