Yep, I had to open the box to get mine. Sealed the box back up with tape as it was a gift, didn't look too bad tbh. Also, I maaaay have stolen the bar snacks for myself.

I ha e subscribed to them before perhaps that's why it wouldn't work for me. I'm sure it's fine for people who haven't used them before.
