I've been buying all my beauty products from here for years- brilliant site and brilliant company! Normally you get your order in two to three days but if there is a big sale on it does take a good bit longer. Worth noting that there's free delivery when you spend £15 <3

I ordered a cleanser last week, and the package was open, yes someone sliced it and the actual product box was also ripped don't know maybe someone thot it was something of value! lol reported it. Delivered by Yodel.
The cleanser however is amazing and is legit and makes my skin glow!

I always order and never had a problem.
My mom had a problem though with a missing parcel but they quickly sent a new one out no fuss.
