Thanks! I'll take a look tonight! Christmas has come early!
BF1942 is the best MP game I've ever played and still do....will pop a cap up your ass.
We have some terrific mp games across all maps, I'm on there every chance I get...it's a drug.

Love it, have a backlog begging to be played but it's on hold while I have a blast on MP.
Thoroughly recommend this if you like objective based multiplayer and teamwork.

Been playing online BF1942 since 2002 till present and this game is forcing me to have a sit down and chat with my wife about building another pc that will run this game. Yes, spent hundreds building a custom gaming pc back in 2009 with all the expensive future proof components which are still serving me well (only upgraded the graphics card since then) and that took some wifey persuasion.
It looks bloody awesome.
Still, in saying that, BF1942 still does it for me but this could be my next crack cocaine game.

I absolutely loved that game until the servers closed. Is there still a way to play online today? Was thinking of getting Battlefield 1 but not if I can play 1942 again!

Over hyped game. Found multiplayer and most of the campaign boring.

Sounds more like you get pwned and feel bitter about it?
I couldn't care less about campaign mode but online can be enjoyable if you end up in a team that knows what they are doing.

Awesome multiplayer. I normally complete the campaign on any game before jumping into multiplayer, but me and my mate played a few rounds of operations and it's immense. The level of detail is astonishing and the atmosphere when the fog descends just adds to it. For me DOOM was game of 2016 but that's now well and truly back in its case.

Argghhhhh. Just bought it from Sainsburys two days ago for £42.99. Heat added as this is the cheapest anywhere right now unless you want a second hand copy from eBay or sphock.

Damn was just about to grab it. Amazon pricematch please! This thing will be on sale tomorrow on the Xbox holiday sale for far cheaper than anywhere has it now (ridiculous price everywhere bumped it back up to). Need to get it as a gift this xmas but I'm still holding off... Cutting it fine.
