Do you need PSN subscription to play? Says online only and need PSN for some functionality on the packet but not sure what that means, never has such complications on ZX spectrum and Commodore 64. As you can guess not for me but present for daughter.

I believe you can play the story mode missions single player and split screen with out PS Plus but you will need to be connected to PSN

Been playing this today. It's actually pretty good. Nothing like Overwatch which it keeps getting compared to.

They're not. They only got compared due to coming out at the same time and having a similar art design and being multiplayer
