Found this in Peterborough B&M. They have 240+60 tea bags free for £3.50.
They also had 160+60 bags for 3.00, but the 300 bag deal works out a bit cheaper.
I asked the staff at the till and was told this 300 bag deal is national.

Each to their own! I agree it's not the best (much prefer Clipper), but at this price it's a good standard tea for me at least, and a few others.

Lucky devils! I think the chance to win are available in 80 and 160 tea bag boxes. Sainsbury have some info on their website:
They are on my don't buy list, reduce the amount of tea keep the price the same and unilever have the check to say it doesn't effect the tea, just their profits then.

I can see where you are coming from and it does seem to be the way of the world, look at crisp packets, chocolate tubs and chocolate bars to name a few examples. However, I admire your stance .
