Doubt this will be national. My mum's local Homebase (which I go in to from time to time) does randomly reduced planters and plants regularly, but they're store specific. I definitely would have bought one when I was last there on Thursday as I could do with a 5L planter! Bought a few gorgeous plants there last week.

It let me reserve some at my local store but then the store rang to say they didn't have any.
