Some nice chap gave me a code over the phone. Why they couldn't just include it on a bit of paper in the box I don't know.

Ubisoft replied today and e-mailed a code, so for those who haven't rang yet - you might get a e-mailed response soon.

I've just had an email that contained a response with the season pass codes. I contacted them about 5 days ago via the website so it wasn't too bad.

Ok guys heres how to get the season passes RING THEM i also emailed and then just had auto response earlier saying im glad your case was resolved and case was closed even tho i never had a response then noticed they got a direct land number so rang them and guy was very helpful and apologised that they are having a problem replying in time to emails etc and then after i explained i was missing season passes from my order he then just emailed them over to me so my advice is ring them.

I contacted them Friday, still waiting for a response.

Finally got a resolution from PayPal case:

"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favour."

Followed by details of the fact I am getting a full refund. A shame Ubisoft don't even care enough to reply to an open PayPal case.

The soundtrack is in the sealed game case, not the steelbook. In your case, yes the blue PS4 game case. In the case of Xbox One, the green Xbox One game case.

Hi, got a quick question. You said your soundtrack cd was in the game case. Is that the actual blue ps4 case or the steelbook case? I've opened the steelbook but there is nothing in there, yet to open the blue ps4 case. I have everything else except the season pass, even have the lithograph

Received my XB & PS4 today, everything in order except season pass for XB. I cant open the PS4 game to check as its for my daughters partner - I think he will cry when he opens the box tomorrow, it really is a magnificent collectors edition for the money. My soundtrack CD was in the game case, but it looks like my season pass is missing too. Just double checked and it's definitely not in there.

Where in the box/case is the season pass supposed to be? I couldn't find mine either, but did only briefly look before heading out. Hope that's not the case for me too. Hopefully you can get your damaged one sorted out.

Mine arrived a short time ago. It is very nice and well worth the £24, however it is missing the season pass (which I expected having read comments; I believe this is done via email anyway) and also the official soundtrack CD. I have contacted ubisoft through the form on their website so hopefully it should be rectified before too long. Has everyone else got all of the items?

When I emailed them regarding damage to mine, it took two weeks for a reply, which then asked for photos of the damage. Since photos were sent I have had no further reply.

When I emailed about missing season pass on the other order, they sent the missing code in reply after a week.

I never even received a confirmation email and I did email them requesting tracking info, and never received a response, so I was honestly expecting a refund for it any day now with an apology regarding low stock. Luckily no damage on either of ours, so fingers crossed for everyone else!

Check it thoroughly, to be fair all the ones reported damaged before were fairly obvious as something had snapped off, usually small cogs but mine was the larger one. I would check for cracks though as well.

got mine today as well. So strange that the tracking number in email redirected to fed ex tracking (no info), the track button redirected to dhl tracking (no info) and it got delivered today by parcelforce :neutral_face:

at least its here. now to check for damage ...

Went to see the film this week and really enjoyed it, despite a lukewarm reception from critics (except Mark Kermode of all people, said he'd go to see it again!).

Not received yet but tracking information has begun to update and says it has now been sent from Germany, arrived in the UK and left the parcel centre, I assume on it's way to local depot. At a guess I'd say it will be here Friday.

Broken... sorry, not all will be broken, only one of my two were.

The figure itself is as good as any other special edition figure, a good weight, well detailed. The problem is all the cogs (behind the figure and the one he is standing on). They are all hollow, well painted and detailed still but no strength to them, though perhaps given the small surface area attaching each cog to bulk of the statue, this is probably why they are made hollow to reduce the risk of breaks. Most arrive fine, and most that do arrive damaged appear to be from the smaller cogs breaking away from the rest of the statue and could probably be repaired without any visible signs.

There is always the chance, if they find a small number hiding away in the packing factory somewhere they will probably throw them in with a handful, but it is a very small chance now I would say.
