The restaurants cook better than the delivery places, i noticed a massive difference. I gave the delivery place two chances and it's crap. The restaurant doesn't deliver but it was the only one in my borough and now that's closed. Haven't had pizza hut in maybe a decade now.

Calm yourself Beryl, Pizza Hut have NEVER included stuffed crust in their 'any pizza any size' offers for as long as they been doing them.

You clearly cannot or will not understand what people are unhappy with. The advert clearly says all pizzas 5.99. Including all toppings. All crusts. So unless you order the basic standard crust its NOT 5.99. You put sugar on your answer, twist it anyway you want this is BAD advertising and not only will stop people from ordering now it will leave a lasting impression of how a company in not so many words has lied to its customers.

Only works for Huts that offer delivery - that's why the offer vanishes for some when you put in your preferred store :disappointed:

Philv I have a worse problem. My nearest delivery place is just under a mile away but I'm not allowed to order for delivery from there. Oh no. I have to order from one nearly 4 miles away who always deliver late, cold pizza. Very frustrating.

It's quicker to order for collection from the nearest one in Fulham and go get it, than wait for the jokers in Sheen!

After many years of avoiding Pizza Hut due to a poor experience in the Torquay Branch my son and I visited your Kettering Branch before we went to the cinema.
We had booked for 7.15 and arrived on time (we need not have booked as it wasn’t busy). We were able to choose our own seats which was a little difficult as there was food on the floor and on the seats in between the cushions.
The staff were pleasant enough but we got the feeling that it was “let’s get you fed and out again as soon as possible”, it seems nothing’s changed since our last visit to a Pizza Hut!
I ordered a Meat Feast and my son ordered a Pepperoni, I was expecting something on a par at the very least of a Domino’s Pizza instead what we got was something resembling a Tesco Value Pizza.
Considering the cost difference between Tesco’s version and Pizza Huts it seemed a bit of a rip off. I would have expected Pizza Hut to have known how to make Pizzas by now.

Considering the time lapse of at least 10 years between our visit to a Pizza Hut Restaurant it seems nothing has changed, cleanliness which I have to say was poor and it was only the start of the evening was shocking.
The food served to us was mediocre to say the least, the drinks well can be best described as an insult to the manufacturers but that’s what you get from using syrup I suppose.

The whole experience seemed like déjà vu and it not something I wish not to experience again.

How Pizza Hut has survived as a restaurant is beyond me, other people must have poor expectations.

yes, I am vegeterian and why there is so less choice for meat less pizza. Back home in India they have so many varieties of Veg Pizza both at Dominos as well as Pizza hut.

This is only £1 off the regular 'special offer' that runs all the time (£6.99 collected, code VC11X1 - we have been using it once per fortnight for about a year) - so it is hardy a very hot deal (well, I suppose 14.3% off is worth noting, but somewhat surprising it justifies 1826C (or F)).
I dare say we will use this deal for Sunday evening pizza this week though -)

You get this all the time if you collect. They don't advertise but if you ask they give you the deal. We always do it. Collection only.

I live 2 miles from a pizza hut delivery that doesn't deliver to my address, they are a waste of time

had one at lunch time , reckon it must be years since I've eaten from Pizza Hut. tbh I think I was suffering with nostalgia when I ordered . in fairness it was the same old pizza hut from my teenage years, but doesn't have any x factor. maybe my taste buds matured , maybe I was introduced to real pizza . who knows but won't be rushing back anytime soon .

I have just gone onto their web site and can see the offer but as soon as i log into my account the offer disapears and no matter where is go it cannot be found. Heat added though as it is real, I think a call to them is the best option.
