I'd hurry with these as the 20% off powercore 20100 when bought with other anker products is likely to be taken off whilst it's at £20.99 I'd guess. Other Anker products can currently get this 20% off not just these cables.

I have an old small, about 4kmAh, power bank from Anker with an attached micro USB cable. This is great, as I do not have to carry around an extra cable (as long as I do not switch to a USB C phone).
Has anyone come across any good larger powerbanks with such an attached cable?
If you also had a suitable voltage converter and around 5 hours, then quite possibly.
There's no way you could fully charge the car battery but you don't need to. I've had a car start from flat after charging at 2 amps for 2 hours, which if you work it out is around 50 watt-hours of energy.
Since the PowerCore 20100 stores around 72 watt-hours you'd need to transfer 2/3rds of it's energy to the car battery. The PowerCore outputs 5 volts but the car battery needs 13.8 volts to charge, so a voltage converter is required. Also since the PowerCore output is limited to 2.4 amps it would take just over 5 hours.

Some people think it's a gimmick. I have a braided hdmi cable. Came with a braided 10ft mini usb cable. I use it with my PS3 controller.
You'll be glad you bought it for £1.79.

I bought this yesterday for £27.99
Thought no problem, would chat with Amazon online and get the difference refunded. They wouldn't budge for some reason, but instead will send a courier (DPD) to my home, to collect the one delivered today, process the refund, in order for me to rebuy today at the cheaper price, have an employee pick and pack it (more costs) in order to save the £7.
Seems crazy that they will go through all that work and extra cost in order to refund me the £7 but I still took them up on their free return.
prasathvishnu to CDR

When I spoke with one of the customer service guy about this, he told me that they discourage refunds for price difference and ask the customer to return it because the the difference in price loss goes to the seller whereas the refunds goes from Amazon's pocket.
Some times, the refunds may be smaller where it may make sense for Amazon to refund. But, to be consistent in setting customer's expectation, they reject refunds
crackdealer635
19 Dec 161#49
It's Amazon's policy.
It assures them that they are giving you a brand new product, in turn assures Amazon you have something to return, as well as assures something for the Amazon warehouse deals. That's how I see the conspiracy.

I was looking for a deal on 20k mah power bank. And, it came right on time. The cable was a bonus.
Though I have 3-4 unused cables lying around in home, I bought the cable. Other than tangle free, what is so special about this cable that it is being sold for 5 pounds

Got this last year for £22, it's quite heavy and bulky and takes a long time to charge up, you need at least a 2 amp charger for it to charge reasonably quickly - 8-10 hours I would estimate it takes for a full charge.

I've bought around 6 anker power banks for family, only one was faulty as it wouldn't charge from one of the slots. Anker sent replacement albeit slowly. These powerbanks are great, I bought 3 16000mah when they were 13.99 last year

'Kitfresh' looks to have half the capacity for £8 more ?!?!?
It's good but you don't want it in your pocket - it's slim, but has the weight of a half brick. If you're looking for something to keep your phone going through the day there are better (lighter) options out there. Great for powering tablets etc for long periods though.

Agreed, we only have the 5200mAh one but it can fully charge a Samsung slightly more than twice and at the same speed as a regular charger. Another 'no name' pack we bought first has twice the capacity but is unable to charge the same phone once before dying.

Most powerful output, yet they sell a more powerful one themselves... Power core+ is the best powered bank going IMO. Rapid charges nexus, all QC devices, usbç output too.
Doesn't do dash on my OnePlus3 but does charge it very quickly via the usbç port

Two 2.4 A outputs.
Solid as a rock.
One day only (though it'll likely return to this price again soon enough)
