Good deal OP. We go every few months ourselves. A few tips to make the most of the £3.99:

- have a light meal the night before
- don't be tempted by their 'up-sells' - make the tea/coffee at home after your visit, toast is included so why on earth you'd buy the toast/jam option for £1.29 is beyond me
- don't have a shower before you go, you'll come home smelling of grease
- go late-ish in the morning (9-10am) so there's none of yesterday's leftovers
- if done correctly, you should be ok with a sandwich for your evening meal that night

Managed 7 rashers of bacon, 5 sausages, 5 eggs, 1 toast, 2 breakfast yorkies, a heap of potato hash, a load of beans, a mountain of fried mushrooms and 4 half-grilled tomatoes.

I await the heart attack, stroke, diabetes and fatty fatty bum bum comments.

I have found that Toby in general has gone right down hill over the past couple of years (and not just the breakfast)

Just came back from benidorm and there are a lot of 1 euro breakfast places about i bet it is real crap stuff :stuck_out_tongue:

Extortionate! I would never pay that for it... the last time i went with my colleagues was back in march and the food wasn't the best. Very greasy and not appetising....

We used to pay 4/6 for the pair of us, including the bus rides there and back. Those were the days!

Today it's £4.49 each (and that does not include the bus ride)


Edit: For those that may not understand, 4/6 is 22.5p in todays funny money.

premier inns breakfast is better - £8.99 all you can eat and 2 kids eat free with each paying adult. great selection for all and costa coffee

The one i went to was up by the tesco metro.... And was £3.99.... always went there until i started working in another town

what you need to do is takeaway then you can feed the whole family for 3.99..thats what i do every now and again..they usually give you a box the size of a kfc boneless banquet and a bag to put the box in..so i just fill up with about 20 slices of bacon and sausage etc ...happy days haha

It's not a very nice breakfast IMO. Rubbery eggs, and cold everything. Probably worth £3.99 just about. Anymore and I'd be complaining.
