It is nationwide. It is all Xmas stuff like decorations, cards, wrap, gift bags etc and will also include the Xmas pet, stationery, homeware and household stock. It is also 50% off some of the higher priced items like trees and lights. It does not include sweets and biscuits.

Trust DFS to have a sale everyday but there's nothing to cheer about. Get your figures right. It's £2.50, not £2. I guess if you can let £500 slide just like that then you must be quite well healed but not everyone is like you. That £500 amount could contribute towards the mortgage or council tax or holiday right?

Though amount is small but it's still £2.50 for lights bought not been used yet + I could get double sets that I wanted. I'm going back as I want more lights that my local had no stock left. Will be trying another branch tomorrow & try my luck.

No high horse here. Just stating the facts that money is a finite resource that everyone should empower themselves. I'll brighten up once I get my refund to spend more at £land knowing that I'm getting a bargain. Says one it's only a couple of quid like it's not money compare to losing out £500 saving. we have a clearance pound land near us.....last week most xmas stuff was 30p.

Just got back from town. Was in Poundland by 9am and grabbed a few Christmassy bits for 50p each. Confectionery is NOT reduced (yet).

brilliant got loads of stuff for all the pets.
picked up some stuff for cats and dogs at the Johnstone store

The £15/ £8 items etc are included but only the christmas items

Toys, grocery lines are not reduced

i work at poundland and i have been working on the christmas isle , the stock went to 50p on christmas eve and its only the christmas stock and nothing else. most of it is actually legacy from couple of years ago that no body wants. but the christmas conditional spend are half price and all the christmas stock/promotion are going to 25p next monday . poundland wants to get rid of all its old stock :smiley:

the best offer you will find is the wrapping paper for 3 for 50p ,or the luxury 3m wrapping paper for 50p :smiley:

10m wrapping paper 10p, all cards now 10p anything Christmas related max 50p but majority is all now 10p :smiley:
