My guess is you'll find it's an embedded link in the ebook itself to a librivox page. Probably this one: librivox.org/ali…ll/
A lot of the olderbooks are now out of copyright and you'll see them on amazon as free books, but also elsewhere. Librivox are doing audio books of the majority of them for free as well. Check out there site if you're into audio books and classic works, there are a lot to listen to.

Thanks for the information. I just assumed the Amazon description was referring to Audible, so this is really useful to know. I'll defintely go through the site you mention and see if there is anything else I fancy listening to.

I just got this one. I logged into my Amazon account and just clicked the "buy Now" button and chose which of my devices to have it wirelessly delivered to. Easy, even got a receipt from Amazon by e-mail.
I have a look for freebies on there at least once a week. Search "free kindle books" - always bring a good selection up.
