All the reviews say how good the sound quality is. Have a read of the reviews and if you go for it and it's not up what you wanted you can always return for refund within 30 days

Buy 2, and a coathanger, hang over your head and you have a pair of decent headphones!. Loud enough for that.

I bought this at £19.99 for company for my budgie when out at work ☺️. I'm very pleased with it for ease of use, volume and sound quality.

So you bought something that uses 10x the power of a FM radio for your budgie?

I have the non Bluetooth version. I wouldnt expect too much from the sound. The holes of the speaker in only in central bit.

I'm looking to use this in my car as it doesn't have DAB (and don't whine to me saying it's crap because it only broadcasts at half frequency and all this because I want it for the extra channels not on FM. Anyway would anyone who owns one say this is do-able?

You "could" do it via aux cable but not Bluetooth as it's only Bluetooth input and acts like a speaker.
The reception on the other hand would probably be poor and really would need an external Ariel.

Bought one the other day, it's ok, good enough to use at work, can't grumble for £17 :-)

Ah I see. That's what I'm worried about needing an external aerial. Think I might pass for now till I can find a proper solution. I'll probably end up getting one of them AutoDAB things for my car but they are like £100. Thanks anyway

I bought, all ok. But I cant connect it to Echo Dot (Alexa). Did anyone tried that?

Cheerful little radio, sound is not horrible , Bluetooth works very well , auto connects nicely . Works well on good-quality rechargeables . The aerial is very fragile at the top , it doesn't play very quietly , if you want to listen in bed with someone asleep . It takes about five buttons to recall a preset . But the controls are very handy on top . If it was just a dab radio for£18 , it would be pretty uninteresting but the Bluetooth takes over the top at this price . The sound is is reasonably pleasant clear and goes loud .

Mine has no problem with reception , but you can buy a long telescopic aerial of eBay for a few pounds
