I only went and bought a new pair 2 days ago too... although looking at the standard prices they're a lot more expensive than the likes of other online retailers so 30% off wont make a massive difference to prices elsewhere.

They always used to do a 20% off code on Boxing Day 'EXTRA20' but last year they didn't do this until right at the end when all the good stuff/sizes have been snapped up. I was watching Gazelle St Petersburg's but size 8 has already gone!

Always get excited about the Adidas sales, until I start browsing and remember 90% of their trainers are horrible. Best thing I could find were Gazelles with about a tenner off.

I agree... Gone are the days of the 50% pus a 20% off code. Sadly it's the only way to get some of the limited edition stuff or certain colours.

Having looked around at prices today, it looks like Black Friday is the new Boxing Day.

Problem is that they've introduced a new line which is why the prices are stratospherically high. The old line is being replaced so only limited sizes / styles left.

They are comfortable and have a nice sponginess to them but I would never pay £130 for them. I'm happy to wait for them to come up at £70-80 in a sale.

I don't like them. theres too much boost foam in them. I never feel right running in them. the glide boost 8 are much better and can be bought for under £40 if youre a 9.5.

Anyone looking for ultra boost. The st are on sale cheaper at the few other places. Notably wiggle and sportsshoes.com I bagged a pair for £70 down from £130 not sure how they compare to the original ultra boost. Styling is not quite as good i think, but they are meant to be a better running shoe and have continental soles. I had to size up with the originals aswell so would recommend people to do that. I'm usually always a 10 but needed 11 in ultra boost

Very poor sale, just went through the Men's and Women's section. The fact that a retailer call something a SALE, doesn't mean it's really is. Savvy shoppers and consumers know to determine when it's a good offer and when it's not.
