From freezer to microwave to plate

I had this at Telford last week. Meal was passable at the half price cost, but frankly even then disappointing. Great staff, mediocre food IMHO

None of the restaurants in the SouthWest are listed. Useless!!

Would only eat in F and B if I was desperate, food always below par and over priced plus if I have to listen to "happy birthday" one more time...

Wouldn't eat at this place even at 90% off. Absolutely abysmal service & food, hence why our local has just shut down. Won't be surprised if this chain goes under in 2K17

Every comment seems to say the food is rubbish yet it has gained nearly 300 degrees heat. Just goes to show .... .. .

50 % off is irrelevant ...it should be named 241 as 2 people must dine !

​and they're just frozen chips they buy that come in a white unbranded bag, probably cost less then £3 for the whole bag. f&b used to be OK for a treat but now its just a rip off. £12 for a plain burger!

It's not good if your one of the under paid over stressed mangers who have to try and keep hold of there staff at this busy time of year especially after the staff were told last month there hours were being cut by 22% to save money for the company. Are they trying to make the books look good ? Who knows but if you like deep fried , microwaved , boiled in the bag food WELL worth a VISIT if you find this unbelievable ask a staff member on the quite.

Took the misses to the one in Cardiff bay. Service was awful and the food isn't the best. Never again for me, but if it floats your boat then its hot.

You're not alone with the Calzone. I used to love them here, customising to my preference, but they switched the barbecue sauce to something that now resembles Worcestershire sauce, and tasted bizarre. No, thank you.:disappointed:

Great deal IMO. Yes, it's quite average but my daughter loves it there so we'll be going!

Should be moved to vouchers.
