Yes same as mine, I've emailed them to tell them some items are missing and I've got a £20 Gift Card apology!

Mine originally looked like America things were missing and others added but it was just some of the gift sets I bought. On the website the picture was a box but for some reason the items just arrived separately?

Mine just arrived too! One or two bits missing but one or too bits added too?

I haven't opened any of the gift sets because they're Christmas presents but they look nice and a lot more expensive then they were! I bought myself a foundation which I've quickly tested on my hand and looks good so far!

Mine has just been delivered thank god! I was starting to panic wondering what I could buy to replace the presents. Items are all lovely and no dinted boxes etc so overall I'm very pleased! Thanks for keeping me updated :smiley:

I didn't realise it was coming from the US either. Surely they would have mentioned that somewhere on the website?! I'd be massively surprised if it did arrive before Christmas which is massively annoying because it was all Christmas gifts! I paid through PayPal so really tempted to try and cancel the order now....

It does say **** from US, are we going to have to pay customs?

I've got it working now. When I went on the full site (rather than mobile) it said 50% off doesn't apply to new products and that's all I had in my basket. Thanks :smiley:
