Excellent. Thanks Buzz. I have one of this and I bought at a price higher than this. It's an excellent product to store things at home. Highly recommend.

I have it to, and is quite a good product, especially at this bargain price. No tools needed either, just clips together in a few minutes and your ready. Does not mean is not durable either, far from it, chunky thick solid plastic legs and supports, and the shelving is very sturdy to. Easy to move around also.

One neat feature is that you can buy several sets and split them up to make them 5 shelves high or bung a 3-shelf set in that useless space in the garage.

They are really for the garage or shed. The plastic is useful as easily wiped clean, sheds/garages typically get dusty and messy. No reason why you can't put them in your house or a spare room but I don't imagine many are doing so.

So what you're saying is they may not be up to scratch for displaying the Royal Doulton? Disappointing, truly disappointing :disappointed:
Picked some of these up for £7-odd couple of weeks ago, great value, fine for storing my ebay stock... may go back in to Argos and demand a 30p refund tho, feeling cheated.

noahsdad to tek-monkey
17 Dec 161#37
Yes absolutely, you just keep adding shelves and the other pieces then put the final top shelf on when your ready. Can't see mine right now as they are outside in a messy garage, but I seem to recall the top shelf is different.
So very easy to customise to whatever desired heights if you buy a few.

I had couple of these from Homebase for which I paid £9.99 each and they are very good for this price, my metal shed has lot of condensation and metal ones would rust. These are great, seems bit light duty but are decent and well worth at this price. Ordered couple more and heat added. Thanks

I AGREE. I 'm surprised how many comments say they're sturdy cos they're not. I had them and ended up taking them back for a refund as one of the supports split when I' d only put a few craft items on the shelf. The SA said they'd had quite a few returned

Brought these shelves for the garage, absolutely fantastic. I tried to post it as a deal, as it is, but was told amazon sellers need over a 150 bits of feedback which he does, can't be bothered to argue:
£30 http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00V6JDHAE these are massive, and given that they are industrial its great that they are essentially half price. the seller also has smaller units and so on, but its a mixture of mdf and metal, not plastic

Mine's been assembled for 24 hours and still has a pretty strong factory smell to it, like burnt plastic. Hoping it goes away with time. Also it's slightly warped, but for £6 you can't go wrong. Seems sturdy enough to support most things
