I got this today and wish I had opened the box before taking it home.
It is useless. The misleading photo on the box shows 4 slices of toast. This must have been miniature bread as I couldn't get 2 slices of 50/50 normal size bread in the same slot at once.
The toaster is too big for what it offers and looks like an industrial toaster. The handle is wobbly and feels like it won't last for too long.

I'm going to be return it in the next week or so. What's their refund policy like for unused goods ?

Anyone know how the bun rack is like? Say for instance, I wanted to heat up a morning roll to make it a lil crispy? Don't want it to just be warm..

We use home made bread which rises too high for most toasters. I need long slots as it is too big.
