Have used them several times for BT broadband switch from sky and BT mobile switch from O2. both times paid out, took 8 weeks each time but they did pay out.

Worst network I've ever had experience with. Avoid, check their facebook posts for customers commenting on the service.

Worst network (as in dropped calls and crap internet) or crap service when you ring and speak to someone (or both)?

never paid my cashback last year and kept giving me incorrect claim numbers to get my Amazon voucher, gave up in the end, the customer service is also terrible, can't wait to cancel next month

Then put in an official complaint and then ask for escalation and they will always fix it,did for me and had well over £400 off them for various mistakes and even got 2 voucher cards.
I recently got the £20/month deal (£15 for existing customers) but whilst the pricing was good the network is terrible. The coverage checker showed full 4G coverage both at home and where I'm working at the moment but I hardly get 4G, I've not seen my phone use Edge (E) so much in recent years, and a few times a day I completely lose all network, including calls and texts. It's really inconvenient and I honestly regret going with them.

Ot course it might not be your phone with tin foil for an antenae? I had a test once with a cheap android phone and an older 3g nokia and the cheap phone signal was useless the nokia was 3 out of 4 bars! Can't wait till Nokia make phones again

BT customers are still MVNO customers of its sister network EE and maybe the BT rebrand 2017 coming will integrate
the whole thing and really take advantage of EE network.

in some areas you do get the issue with all networks, as its called dead spots! The BT mobile run on EE and EE has fantastic coverage and speed, the rest negativity can be personal thing.
