Amazon (directly, not through a Marketplace seller) are selling £30 Credit codes for £25.90. Had a look at the other top-up's available and other than the £45 + £5 code (which I believe have been available for a while now) the rest don't appear to have similar deals on them.

No. That offer is a 10% discount (and you have to spend the £5 before end of Jan), this is a 13% discount.
