Unfortunately the LVMH30XMAS16 code was for internal employees only and was leaked onto HUKD.
Whilst we did still honour all purchases made up until when the code expired (midnight Tues 13th December) the huge volume of orders meant that some items purchased became out of stock quite quickly.
Therefore, we had to part-cancel some orders and refund customers for the items that were no longer available. Other items that were still in stock were shipped as normal.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

Totally agree, disgusting customers services, was promised a phone call from Head Office to offer an alternative item, surprise surprise, they never bothered to phone nor answer any of my emails. I can't believe that these supposedly quality products have such poor customer services.
