Merry Xmas to everyone across the Irish Sea. I'm planning a trip there next year because it seems rather nice and I don't need any euros so please be gentle with us, especially if we give you a trouncing at the Principality Stadium (although I'm not holding my breath on a home win).

pmsl..... was waiting for this. There is no scientific proof of this ANYWHERE. There are a couple of dodgy scientific reports suggesting so and If I recall you would need to consume around 200-300 cans a day to invest the level of aspartame that the reports suggest. I believe it was also talked about on a programme call Food Unwrapped.
Save other idlers from googling.
aspartame safe for human consumption, including pregnant women and children (except people with phenylketonuria (PKU) a rare genetic disorder where the body cannot break down phenylalanine)

I work for Tesco and can assure people this won't be a national deal. The likelihood is this will be a mixup regarding the delivery into the store which clearly looks like an express! They have reduced them to that price to clear them out before they close tonight  brilliant price though!

Excellent deal if can be found, personally hate the taste but will be perfect for those people who feel that it's okay to eat whatever you want as long as a can of Diet Coke is slugged down after...the miracle diet.

I thought that was 9 teaspoons of sugar per 330ml can unless I was misinformed by the media? There are folks out there who don't know this & this kind of misinformation doesn't help either to help folks diets.

Let's be fair to folk and their diets , if your gonna neck full fat coke then it ain't no diet.lol.

Surely, everything in moderation right? Are you suggesting a complete ban on sugar, don't be daft, it won't work? Keep to the content of the topic I asked. How much suger is in one can of 330ml of regular Coke? Could you answer that or just trying to avoid the question? Sprouting 20 odd spoons of sugar doesn't help anyone. I'll will decide how much sugar goes into my body.

Lol...
I never suggested how much sugar you should take , never avoided the topic ..
Simply stated a fact ,if on a proper diet you would never shovel full fat coke down your neck. But each to their own .
