That's right! 200g of shortbread biscuits in a neat looking tin!
2 packs of 100g (10 biscuit fingers) from Poundland. Could be just local but I don't see why it would be...

I bought one of these for my SIL. She's too much of a snob to shop in poundland so she won't know it's from there. :stuck_out_tongue:

Wrap it up really posh with beautiful coloured string and bows (also from pound land) and she'll think it must have been really expensive for you to have gone to so much trouble

I can assure you that tat is not better than nothing. Alcohol is most definitely appreciated by the majority of teachers, it is needed after the year of looking after the demonic offspring of the illiterate.

Bought a handful of these about a month ago from Poundland. Taken a few around when visiting the rellies, all of them commenting on that its a nice tin! What is it about the older generation and tins? Do they keep their teeth in them?
 tat its still something better then nothingoO why would someone give alchol to a teacher

Just the kind of teacher we don't want in our schools, disrespectful to parents and kids and can't wait to see the back of them, go home and sink into oblivion at the bottom of a bottle.
