Wow also try looking at tariff changes. Just looked at mine and was able to change tariff to one with extra 3gb data for same price I was already paying!! Thankyou. Wouldn't have looked without this post.

Is everyone checking their desktop site? There was nothing on my app, but I looked at the desktop site and the offer was there waiting. Just collected my 1GB a month for the next 3 months. Thanks OP - Brilliant.

Just called O2 to cancel my Refresh contract so I could move to BT Mobile as they've never offered any good deals in the past when I've called and was surprised to be offered unltd mins/text plus 2GB for £8 or 5GB for £12, I was so taken a back with such good offers I accepted the offer w/o trying to negotiate anything even better. It seems O2 are finally waking up to the fact they are losing customers due to their previous lack of any retention deals.

I can't see an offers for you section on the desktop either?

Logged out and back in and could see it - nothing decent in there though but worth checking, my offer was 20% off another airtime plan

I was paying £31.50 a month for 3gb on an iphone 6s. Just logged in now and I was able to change it to 6gb a month for nothing extra. 3gb a month extra for free indefinitely :-)

Can't see anything. Shame.

where abouts is it. I've looked can't see anything but not sure if I'm missing it or not got it
