You'll get it. What they did with mine as it originally tracked at 3%. They then said the same thing as you and gave me the additional 7% as another claim.

Ha, they're no better. Was waiting on over £40 cashback from Currys with them and they said they couldn't get it and offered to give me half of the cashback, out of the goodness of their heart!!

With regards to this Argos deal, just keep battling. Took me a while but eventually they paid the 10% I was due.

They are determined not to pay out on this deal. I am still waiting more than two months after support told me it would be added within 30 days, and like you my support ticket vanished. I have just tweeted them again.

I contacted support in early March and they said the extra cashback would be added within 30 days. During that time my support ticket disappeared from their website and no cashback was added.

So I decided to tweet them about it, apparently they were in the process of updating their website and my ticket would reappear once complete. They said they'd look into my cashback and get back to me as soon as possible. 5 days pass and I hear nothing so I contacted them again on Twitter. They said they'd look into it again and would get back to me when they have news. This was Friday.

This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and I am glad I am not paying them £5 a year for this. I wonder if they have s complaints procedure.

I've logged onto account toda and a mysterious £5 bonus has just appeared though it doesn't say what for. Still only makes the overall figure 5% in cashback.

Finally I got my full amount. Took a few live chats to get it sorted though. Then again for some reason I didn't think this'd be easy!

I emailed Quidco regarding my transaction on 21st November (which tracked correctly). They said they would pay me with their own funds and chase up Argos themselves.

I received the "confirmed" and payable funds as soon as they replied. It took them 3 days to reply to the email.

Mine was 21st November and I am still waiting for cashback to be confirmed (although it tracked correctly).

They just had me forward on my conformation email from my purchase, to prove i actually bought after 8am, what a joke this is. Quidco just isnt worth the hastle.

A further note from customer services:

"I am sorry for any confusion caused, I have taken a further look into this for you and you don't need to take any further action at present. The further 7% should be added in manually as a separate transaction within this month by our admin team."

i was told id be paid the rest of the money in a day or two, but iv still not had the rest.

Mine tracked at 10% in November but not confirmed yet.

Just opened up a claim, out of 3 deals over xmas 2 of them have tracked and paid lower than stated, this one and Microsoft deal also!

Mine definitely had the 10% option showing, the transaction was on the 27th. Not heard anything back yet.

I had a response from the support team. Apparently I will see the missing cashback added to my account as a new transaction within the next 30 days.

Iv just been paid out at 3%, contacted Quidco via chat and he said it will be paid out again in a few days to make it 10%, so lets see.

Now who was saying in this very thread two months and one week ago about the only time he ever used Quidco he got shafted by them and that was probably six years ago now?

Argos have been known to be most customer unfriendly over the years too so add Quidco to the equation and it's a match made in heaven, frankly I'm surprised any of you's who've been mugged off are surprised.

I have just sent them a request via their support form as I can't make a claim due to the 10% not being listed. Will update when I get a response.

The amount of people complaining about them on this site over past year or so makes it look like it's quidco messing with payouts rather than the merchants imo!

The fact that when you raise a claim it gives you the 10% fast track option as the first choice should count as a massive clue stick for them.

+1, have also had to claim on microsoft xbox one deal, rep from quidco even posted on thread saying they were aware of fault and still heard nothing more after raising claim on 20th February.

My cashback is confirmed today at only around 3%.. I hope this is a mistake otherwise it is a big lie to trick people into buying stuff and hoping they forgot about the cashback.. will complain to Quidco.

My purchase from this tracked at about 2.5% and not the 20% expected. I waited as it said it would be uplifted to the correct amount but it never did and today it has confirmed at that amount. Message sent to support to hopefully resolve.

From what I saw there wasn't anywhere you could type an explanation - just clickable form elements.

Of course you can create a claim. Just select one of the other amounts and then explain the issue.

What's weird is when II go to make a claim I get to the page that says "Select the relevant cashback rate(s) and then the purchase amount relating to the rate" but the 10% cashback rate isn't listed so I can't create a proper claim. Can't use live chat either as I don't have premium.

Yeah, it's worth doing that or going on Live Chat just so you have confirmation of it in your Support Inbox. I asked about this a while back and they said "Please don't worry, as cashback for this retailer always tracks in at a base rate, and then will be updated to the correct cashback amount when this is confirmed."

Just fyi they have told me that the cashback should go up once confirmed by Argos in 2-3 months.

My purchase never tracked. My past 12-15 purchases have always tracked except this one. I just submitted a claim form so let's see how that goes!

Don't ask me as I don't know. Only time I ever used them was for a laptop a few years ago and they, with HP'S instructions, never gave me my cashback because I traded my old one in as part of the transaction.

You read scores, probably hundreds, of tales like this about QuidCo time and time again yet there's still a never ending queue of disguntled punters eternally surprised when it happens to them.

Just change the 'Co' in their name to 'con' and you'll come to terms with it far easier :smirk:

Had a similar 10% offer for Toys r us before Christmas. Spent £89.97, tracked at £89.97 but cashback was only £4.49 (5%). A few days later, it was uplifted to £5.40 (6%). and not the promised 10%.

True, although a similar claim on my virgin media order and 7 months later still only 50% of the promised amount has been paid.

Yes I must say quidco have always caused me issues. Let's see what happens here. Has anyone ever complained to the ASA? They seem to be getting away with a lot. In my opinion they are culpable and not the retailer as they are advertising the offer. Why do we have to just accept rejected cashback claims?!

Cold i'm afraid. Some companies track better than others but argos NEVER tracks for me without me raising a ticket. By then time you've done that, chased it and then chased the cashback bonus, it's simply not worth the bother.

So, if it said "10% for TVs" that wouldn't be valid for fast track. If it says "10% for TVs for delivery and fast track" that's valid.

I've never had a problem with Quidco. If something does get paid or pays the incorrect amount their customer service are very good at getting it resolved. Yes it can sometimes take a bit of time and effort but I think it's worth it for the amount of money you may save. I've racked up over £3k in cashback over the years on stuff I would have bought anyway.

Topcashback on the other hand I've found to have very poor customer service. Slow to respond and not responsive to resolving issues.

Every time quidco do these flash deals it tracks at the standard rate, and adjusts a few weeks later.

It's valid for fast track reserve and collect, always has been. It's traditional pay in store reserve and collect it doesn't allow.

Was going to use a gift card but that might be the why quidco is tracking so low, as it says in the small print it is restricted. Anyway have ordered, with only using a credit card. If it does not track correctly within 24 hours will just cancel and order elsewhere

I spent £56 and only got £1.69 tracked. I won't bother collecting my order now.

through Argos they are well known to end you used items ,customer returns as new items ,
I purchased a Phillips TV about 7 months ago that was posted her , 1st TV they sent was a faulty customer return the TV would work but there was major issues with it Philips confirmed that they had issues a RMA for it in fact t they were under the impression i was the previous customer soon as i received it i knew it was used double taped, battries in the remote untidily packed and a lot more but wanted to confirm it it went back within 3 days ,argos blamed everything on a"warehouse error" they didn't seem to be surprised , the replacement was also double taped and came with parts missing it went back the next day pretty sure it was used too , 3rd one didn't seem used but had major panel issues -their call center actually confirmed that particular model had lot of returns , this TV was pulled from their catlouge shortly after they are still selling the 49 " model , , i had to bring trading standards in to the conversation before they replaced it with a higher priced different model .
I have now received a present from santa a TV purchased from "argos" :disappointed: inspite of my best efforts to tell santa not to source from argos opened it up(yes you guessed it seals were broken) to find the feet in to different part numbers ..unbelievable.
looking on their facebook page this is a regular occurrence some items even with data on , on top of this they refuse to send receipts for on line purchases apparently order confirmation will do they dont seem to know the concept that receipts are a legal requirement (they certainly seems to have something to hide and other purposes than just "argos warranty"

My cashback tracked lower as well. When you got to make a claim it doesn't let you and says it'll a correct itself later on and you can contact customer service if it doesn't.

Quidco are hopeless. I always take part in these offers and only about a quarter of them actually work. I'm always having to email quidco support to get them put through. Always seems to be with the decent offers aswell. I've paid fast track to collect in store and still nothing. That was around 2 hours ago
