Went on Xbox this morning to get another (recent to last offer) £- for-1-month offer!
Subscription must be cancelled before the month has passed or £5.99 monthly payment applies.
Not sure how long the offer stands for or if you can cancel and renew for £1 within a short period of time.

Got this yesterday on Xbox One console, but then had to login to Xbox.com after to unsubscribe before being able to remove my bank card on Xbox One console.

Don't seem to have the 'renew' option on my subscriptions page, but it's not due to expire until 28/12, so I'm assuming that it will show that option after expiry date.
I will see if I can access through the dashboard.

Right, I hope someone can help.
We do not have a XBOX 360, but we are getting a XBOX One S for the lad for Christmas
How do you go about putting the 360 titles you get with Games with Gold on the XBOX One S?
For example, this month I have already got the Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition and Outlast for FREE with Xbox Live Gold and ready to Download, but there is not the FREE option with Burnout Paradise It just says Download to XBOX 360
Voted HOT btw and purchased for £1.00 ending on 21/01/2017
Cheers

21 Dec 16#20
So when you go on games for gold on the dashboard and click purchase the burnout paradise purchase it should say 'see price' and then say free on the price ? Can you try to explain it a bit better and I can definitely help you lol
rockyundercover
21 Dec 161#21
So in other words what I'm trying to say is you will be able to download them very easily once you go on the Xbox one but as far as purchasing them online for the linked account goes, I am afraid the website does not pick up certain subtleties , hence it defaults to expecting a 360 for 360 games. If I were u , wait until the kids open it and you can start the download easily while they play the games. The games for gold are available until Jan 01 so you will still get them for free. hope I helped

Cheers Rocky
Sorted it. I will now assume that when the XBOX One S is turned on and our account signed into, it looks like the games will be there ready to download.
This game was purchased previously. It has been added to your download queue.
If this product is part of Xbox One Backward Compatibility, it will appear in the Ready to Install section of My Games & Apps on your Xbox One console when it becomes available.
Is there a way to see my Order History? All it shows on the account is the £1.00 subscription. I know the purchase price of the games is £0.00 but thought they would still show in Order History like it does with Playstation

21 Dec 16#23
Hi TH71,
Quickly have a read of this, it will provide the details to viewing your order history on the Xbox website!
Th71,
I am afraid that in the order history section it does not display free purchases. However, if you gained confirmation of the purchase when you did then your account will remember that when you sign in with your details when you set up the Xbox and It will display the game as 'already purchased and ready to install'

That's okay then if it does not show then it means it is a free purchase.
Would be nice for the people who have subscribed for years to get some sort of discount. Good for new users though. Heat.

Sky seem to do the same, discounts for new members but not for loyal customers... yet those are the ones they ought to try to retain

I still have four days left from the last £1 for one month. Is it not possible to add a year onto a £1 for one month? I got a year for £25 on black Friday but it won't let me use it.

4 games for a pound not bad if you only end up playing one
Heat from me. Nice find/advice. Added, paid the £1 and then returned and turned off "Auto Renew" :)One month for £1 sweet
jco83
21 Dec 16#38
If you tell them you're not happy with the price you will most likely be offered discount. If you threaten to cancel you will be offered discount. If you cancel you will be eligible for the biggest discounts they offer. If you continue to pay full price you are therefore prepared to pay that price. Why would a business unnecessarily choose to lower it's profit

Thanks so much. My daughters Live ran out end of November and as I've bought her a few more games for Christmas this deal came up for me at the right time. Especially as she'd asked for a years subscription and I've forgotten about it. Lol. Hopefully may find another deal when it expires on the 24th Jan but at least she now has it for over Christmas and new year. Heat added. Happy Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to all fellow HUKD members xx

Was just checking if this still works as my son needs to renew. It's not, but they have an offer on the 12 months for £26.50. For some reason it charged me £26.66, but not moaning!!
Opening post
Subscription must be cancelled before the month has passed or £5.99 monthly payment applies.
Not sure how long the offer stands for or if you can cancel and renew for £1 within a short period of time.
