beware I just purchased one of these for just under £18 they are delivered by ups who wanted over £19 in taxes and handling charges , I refused delivery !

You can also choose the slow mail route as you can with most Chinese vendors.

I bought this exact item, queried it after not receiving over a month later and they were adamant it had been delivered (still showed the pic of an aeroplane in tracking, tracking number for RM was invalid). Had to go through Paypal in the end to get refund, would avoid to be honest. Loads of other reputable companies to use

Great price if you don't get over charged. I ordered a couple from Gearbest, came through within 2 weeks, but no charges.
Great bands btw, charge last ages, and pretty accurate. There's a better Mi 2 Band app on Google Play then makes it do quite a few extra bits I'd recommend as well.

yes from lightinthebox, i didn't see another option for different postage , there customer service is shocking , even though they have acknowledged I refused delivery, and they have confirmed with UPS they don't want the item back they still have not refunded me 3 weeks later .
