Warranty the same as in UK - via MS customer support or directly via Amazon

Heat for the price. I got this on launch day and replaced mine twice with fan noise issues. I got fed up in the end and returned the second before asking for a refund. Hopefully they have fixed it now. Personally this console is by far the best looking console I've seen for many years.

Hi OP how did you get it for £310? Once added to basket mine went to 365 Euros converts to £324. Changing the delivery options didn't make much difference a quid or two. Still a hot price though!

Yep, the price in euros (keep it in euros) should be about the sum what you wrote, that is according exchange rate what I checked close to 310 GBP. Hopefully do not have bad exchange rate list :smiley:

It's the gears red Xbox one. I got mine on launch day and replaced it about two weeks later and the next one did the same. Read about it on the internet and other amazon users (amazon where I purchased it). But hats off to amazon I called some helpful person who said they have had a few back. But I hope now Microsoft have fixed the issue.

it shouldnt be, Amazon. FR will refund all postage cost what you need to pay to return the product if faulty. But I would recommend to use MS support for repair, it is much more quicker and smoother

My white one is the same from release (2TB) i think its just a crap fan or crap bearings. its like a very faint hum/buzz. Can't hear it when its sat next to my PC so just left it

Got this model from amazon before they hiked price to £399.Silent and lovely looking kit.Had to have it as still have the Gears of War 360 special edition.Received all 4 previous GOW games last week via Xbox live message as per promotion.
