Looks to be available in the blue and grey as well, seemed to be doing some crazy pricing on gears 4 if you keep adding more xboxes

Bit of a sweeping statement, there are bound to be some faulty machines out there when you think how many have been sold recently. Touch wood I haven't had any problems with mine so far...

That's megaBITS. Divide by 8 as there are 8 bits in a byte and your actual max download should be about 6.5 megabytes per second.

Lol that's how distribution centres work. The PS4 is even worse than Microsofts offering. I'm going to guess that you were downloading fifa? That download is notoriously slow - I max out my connection (eventually) on most things now on the Xbox, but fifa updates can be reeeeally slow

Our Xbox one s also drops download speeds from around 40mbps to low speeds sometimes. If I see that happening I pause the download go out to another screen and back and resume download to fix.

really? even with a wired connection I can't get my ps4 to download over 30mbps, on a 100mb line, but my Xbox, connected by Wi-Fi regularly gets 70 speeds.

3 Nov 16#37
There are so many variables with download speeds, how busy the servers are, speed of your home internet connection, time of day, how many people are downloading at the same time. At the moment I am stuck on Plusnet fibre but using copper wires that have been in the ground for donkey's years. It is much slower than my old Virgin fibre connection but I can't get that here. Just consider what it was like when we used to be stuck with dial up modems!

The issues you're having are because of NAT type, which is probably Moderate rather than Open. I had exactly the same issue with my Xbox One S. Getting a good 45mbps connection on my PC, and less than 5 on the Xbox.
You need to log into the Home Hub and enable DMZ for the Xbox and then do port forwarding for it.
Restart router and Xbox, then bam 45mbps on that too.

This deal beats the Tesco one if you just want an Xbox One + an extra controller and plan to sell all the bundled games, if only because it achieves the same net price of £210 with fewer games to sell on ebay.
And the cashback is better.
