My quidco is still only tracked at £3 odd and I still havent received the personalised battery hatch that I ordered on the same day - has anybody received theirs yet and has anybody had the extra quidco yet???

Actually just checked my Amex cashback for this, it's only tracked at 0.99! Does it say will track lower then up to the £30 stated within certain amount of days? Or do I have to contact Amex customer service to get it adjusted?

when I chatted to the MS team they said stock was updated in real time, so they couldnt advise and I should just keep checking. Sorry you missed out I think that I was just very lucky this time.

It will track at the initially at the lower rate as I don't think they update the rates when it's increased for promotions. It says something along those lines in the t&cs.

What's the deal with the Quidco? I too seen that £23 offer so naturally also went through Quidco but after the sale it's only coming up as £3.33 tracked. Does yours also say that? Will this change at some point?

Highly doubt it as I placed my order and to re do it they cancelled my original and replaced the order over the phone, but if you told me I could get all that for £150 at the start of the day I would of been very happy.

My original order was to get the £20 through Topcashback but probably have a 1% chance of that tracking now

So I asked on chat before I purchased and they confirmed it to me but never processed with the console, extra controller and forza. Although I'm just off the phone and they honoured it for me and gave me a discount for the confussion so Christmas came early :smiley: still to get my Amex discount on top - Excellent customer service

How do we know where the extra white controller is? Mine said I got a copy of Forza Horizons 3? They seem to change the free item quite often? Anyway, ordered through Quidco and AMEX, hopefully it all goes through. Really don't need this so will have to return if it doesn't all work
