Got mine from argos, love them!! They gave me a free blue vortex controller cos the **** at yodel crushed my box on delivery, hope they keep damaging my packaging lol

Went for this deal in the end, got my bro's 10% discount off down to 213 and mate is gonna buy fifa for £25 so less than £200 and in line to sell my old xbox one for £150ish so this is almost break even for me!

I think people are consoled out!!! I know I am. Been looking at deals all day. Went with the Tesco option as it's a mile down the road which is easy for pick up and hopefully not return. Gain the clubcard points as well.

John Lewis would have been nice for the warranty but fingers crossed I won't need it. Got Minecraft and Fifa for the boy and Forza for me. Happy Days. :smiley:

After pondering an Xbox for 9yo for about a year this pushed me into going for it! Seems like a good deal as I don't have amex and can't get the Microsoft deal to work out cheaper. Hope it arrives - Happy Christmas!!

Microsoft deal is better IMO if you have an amex card and quidco works out.
£199.99 for xbox one s Minecraft bundle with an extra controller.
£23 quidco, £30 amex credit.
Works out at £146.99 for bundle and an extra controller.
Forza horizon is £23.99
FIFA is £29
Total= £52.99
Same bundle could be had for potentially £199.98 as opposed to £236 at Tesco when you add the extra controller to make it equivalent.

Mine went though okay. Quid took 15 minutes to work and Mastercard authorisation hung for about 5 minutes.

Went for the £236 option using club points to reduce it to £211.50.

Happy with that, thanks to the original posters. Let's hope I don't find a reason to cancel for another deal.

Careful guys, I went through the buying process, submitted my card details and it crapped out and said it failed, but I got a confirmation email as well as a pending charge on my bank account. It's also in my tesco order history as a valid order.

Oh and I removed Fifa (since we'll never play it) and it went down to £219. Bargain.

Tesco & Microsoft are the same at the moment. Both £250 with the added controller and above games. Tesco one is slightly cheaper at £236 for the V2 controller. I don't know what the difference between the controllers are though.

So Tesco may be the better option for clubcard points.
