oh decisions decisions. I bought the elite 1tb with gears of war 4for £200 yesterday. tempted to return and get this for extra £50.

I have both the Xbox one S and the elite and unless I have a faulty One S the elite is ridiculously better. I attempted to download some games on the One S which took over 4 hours for a 19gb download. I tried all the fixes mentioned online but was still crazy slow. I downloaded Witcher 3 a 40gb download on the elite in about 45 minutes. Now I either have a faulty One S or they are junk. Looking online at how many others have the same issue not taking into account the dodgy fans, the elite is by far better in my opinion. Unless of course you want the 4k aspect and want a smaller unit. Other than that the elite is considerably better and a more suitable colour.

I picked up the ps4 pro yesterday. I have my day one xbox one and I said to myself I can wait until Scorpio and just skip the S but... I really want it for some reason.

Thanks, but no. The free Gears deal said it expired on the 12th, Saturday, so you would expect it would expire at something like 11.59pm on the 12th, but on Saturday morning, it is no longer there, which means it must have expired as soon as it turned Saturday, so realistically, the offer only went to Friday the 11th.

just checked via laptop still says as instructions above. no guarantee but you gotta go into store show them website pic and see if they'll do it. for once it worked for me without any hassle
