Standard deal in the light of recent Xbox one offers. I got it for 189 in Curry's, which makes it same price after voucher if one does not need to spend more at Argos.

It's either this, or pay an extra £10 to get the Elite with Fallout 4, hmm.
Am I right in saying only the Elite 1TB has the hybrid drive? And of course the Elite controller, which is worth around £100 alone.

It is a hybrid between a solid state and mechanical hard drive, basically like the drive in a normal Xbox one but a portion of it is solid state and frequently accessed files are stored on it. Important thing is that it should make everything load a bit faster.
