I picked mine up in store, they opened the box to check the contents and it was a 1tb XBOX One S GoW Bundle, with the game separate - so I got the S, a digital and a physical copy for £150

I feel so gutted I missed this , all because of aliexpress and another chinese website ! I ordered some items from china and fraud protection kicked in and would not authorise the payment , only found they tried to message me after the deal was expired :disappointed:

Mines listed as Mint at £138.46 on invoice and I got the game delivered separately same day.
Confirmed it is a 1TB Xbox One and still has what appears to be the factory seals on it.

Viewing the source code, all "New" products seem to be referred to as "Mint" and second hand "Preowned/Pre-Owned".

No, no mention of "mint" or any hint of being preowned on the store page where we bought them - description was "Xbox One 1TB HD Console with Gears of War 4" - I just rechecked by following the link from the item in the online order. Hopefully it isn't preowned anyway, doesn't look worn or anything as far as I can tell. Never had an Xbox before, is there any sort of hardware-to-online-account link that might be "used up" if it's preowned?

The item was listed as mint when you bought it. Same goes for GoW4, you'll soon know if it's preowned or not.

Game received today, 2 days after the console was delivered.

The difference is the Gears of War Game. When I was talking to Customer Service they confirmed it was posted royal mail serprately.

Its sent seperate by royal mail.

Mine was delivered yesterday....except it wasn't. Receipt said Xbox One 1TB, console was 500GB with Fifa 16!!!
After many arguments with customer service, and visiting the store, the only way to get it changed is I have to post it back then claim the postage from them. Bloke in Game store said they had loads of wrong delivered stuff reported to them.......so be aware!

Mine has no game either and no code in the box. Additionally, does everyone else have the item on the invoice listed as "Xbox One 1TB HD Console Xbox One Mint" with a price of £138.46 and not the £149.99 charged? Came by Royal Mail without contacting them in a Game cardboard pouch type packet.

Sounds like they've been dispatched separately. Console via courier (probably) and game via Royal Mail separately. Games will probably follow in due course, as they appear to have suggested?

Was told the same after a web chat a moment ago. They only send an email out once the last part of the order is despatched so you'll get no indication that the game was sent before the console. If you check your invoice in the box it shows the console only at £138 so I'm pretty sure the games are on the way.

Did you contact them to get the physical copy delivered or was this the plan all along? How did you contact if so? Phone/Email?
Mine came without a game.

My Physical copy was delivered not long after the console.

I was just told it was sent on the 29th via royal mail.

Bonus of collecting in store means I can kick up a fuss before leaving.

they said I should get an email for it and be with me in 3-5 days but the person had no clue. made me open the box to check and kept telling me it was a code for ages

They really don't care about the distribution of their products to allow an even spread of purchasing across their customer base. Do you honestly think that if they sold 1,000 xbox ones to a few scalpers they would hold a meeting about the problem or just celebrate how quickly they've liquidated the stock?

You can play gears of war 4 together, co-op and you eventually get messaged with the codes to download gears 1, 2, 3 and judgement. If you two got really into it then that would keep you going for a long time!
Forza horizon 3 is only 1 player, but Forza Motorsport 6 you can race against each other and was being sold for 1p in Argos recently so maybe some cheap codes floating about.

There will be need for speed games also, just check it out on Google, I have quite a specific taste in games so not a good yardstick on the general gaming community.

I only play multiplayer and zombies on cod games and I only play offline on Forza games!

I bought a Now TV Entertainment pass on eBay the other day as an example. It was Buy It Now for £7.49 with plenty available along with other sellers for £7.99. Before doing so I put a £7.00 bid on another auction listing only to be outbid and it ended at £8.50! Someone paid £8.50 when they were freely available for £7.50. Only £1 in the grand scheme of things, but why pay £1 more than you have to?

My head is mashed with all these xbox one deals. I'm no gamer, just looking for a Christmas present for my 10 year old. He currently plays on the PC, minecraft, roblox, sims 4 and GTA, amongst others.

We still play on the trust ole wii with hundreds of games on it, most of them pants.

We both like playing racing games and shooting games on the wii, e.g. need for speed and medal of honour. Not even sure he plays much minecraft lately.

Which bundle should I go for. Would we get much use out of the extra controller.
