Just to add some balance ..I've ordered a few times from Debenhams and always had excellent service.

Same here. I have probably ordered more from Debenhams than any other shop over the years and not once have I had a problem. Never had an order cancelled or bad customer service & always very fast at being delivered to my home or to the shop for click and collect.
