Just back from Tesco in Dundee, managed to snag Paper MArio Color Splash for £12.50 and Pokken Tournament for £16. No stock of Splatoon unfortunately :disappointed:

Just got back from Chorley Tesco & managed to get the last Zelda. Also picked up Link Amiibo for £3.75.

Prices are pretty good right now. Well worth it for games like Bayonetta 2 and S platoon, Mario, Zelda etc. People selling used consoles with bundles of games for not much money at all. If you like Nintendo I would just go for it, plus no backwards compatability on the switch means no regrets.

You noticed if they had any WiiU consoles on sale?

Retailers in US apparently sent back WiiU consoles back to Nintendo rather than selling at a loss so it'd make sense if UK retailers do it too.

Btw, the PAL Twilight Princess HD cover didn't include that as reversible.

Yeah, definitely not seen any Wii U consoles in any supermarket for a long time.

And the way things are going, I doubt we'd be seeing any NES Mini consoles either... :stuck_out_tongue:

Despite that they'll port WiiU games to it and like Mario Kart 8 it'll be the complete/proper edition that the WiiU should've received.

Yeah, was stunned but bit the guys hand off when he confirmed the price check. Oddly, non-first party games/exclusives seemed to still be full price?

No Wii u games in my local tesco. only ps4 & Xbox one :disappointed: Heat added though.

Pretty annoyed that it's hard to find a Tesco with Nintendo stuff on discount. :disappointed:

they have a few games in tesco Kingston mk if you ask at the counter but not the Mario or Zelda TP. They do have wind waker but not sure the cost on that one. Mario Tennis was £12. Dance 2016 was 16. they also had wind waker, splatoon and yoshi

I called to ask if Paper Mario is in stock. She told me it was £32 and I asked if that was the actual price of today. She replied yes. Might take a look later anyway.

Tesco Grocery charging £14 for MK8. However when try click n collect, every location comes up out of stock. No point putting in a grocery order as by the time they go to pack it will have none left.

My and almost everyone else's experience I have seen on here is you have more chance of receiving a copy of Mario Kart 9 with your grocery shop than you have of receiving MK8.

Pokken tournament is only £16 for the one with Mewtwo amiibo - which is like golddust - regular is £40

Milton Keynes is all out of the good ones. Bletchley had the Paper Mario shelf price at 12.50 but no stock. Only Pokken Tournament at £40

Dunno why you are telling me this? But you will only get that price for Pokken tournament in store (if your lucky), if you do a grocery shop it won't get fulfilled.

You shouldn't have advertised it on here because the scalpers have bought them all to sell on eBay for a profit instead of genuine wii u owners being able to get a copy cheap for themselves. There's loads on eBay already.

Called riverside tesco this morning they are claiming its only mk8 and lego starwars on offer. Told me pokken is 40 today.

My tesco said they haven't sold a wii u console for nearly 12 months

They have stock of the wii u console just never a deal on it

Just managed to get paper mario for £12.50,I asked how many copies in stock she said 2 but came back to me with my copy and said only one left also saw minecraft on Xbox one for £6 but she said none left (hope she's telling the truth cos staff like to nab them).
