Yes they it in their T&C's that you can't use the £2 prime discount with any other offer. Also it states in the T&C's that prime discount is only applicable if states so on product page.

It definitely doesn't come off at dispatch. It comes off at checkout. I have just tried it with a preorder for Steep and the £2 is coming off at checkout.

As above, the £2 should be credited top your Amazon account 'shortly'.
The online chat agent has just confirmed after dispatch actually. Which is at odds with @Rossmor40 above so not sure what is going on. I will keep an eye on this. Amazon are normally pretty good at resolving things like this.

That's not the way the £2 discount is supposed to work. It's always came off at checkout before. Also usually the product page states "save another £2 with prime" which it's now not doing but was doing at 8.15pm tonight when I ordered.
