Oh come on now, DDR4 only really came out in the middle of 2014, we're hardly talking about antiquities now

Let's put this into perspective here. Since then....
Leicester City have won the Premier League and all but qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League, without conceding thus far in the competition; a competitive record.
The Cubs won the World Series.
The Vajankle has been invented.
I'm out.

Would customs duty be applied to the price?

You might be right. Not so great if it does.

They should be as it is over $120 (and you will be paying well over the $7 minimum).

I think, like it's been echoed above, have to look at factoring custom duty on to this price as it exceeds the permitted value allowed by HMRC. If you elect any form of expedite shipping like DHL, which I certainly would do for due to the cost of device and tracking, then you'll be hit for customs.
How good are geekbuying, I've not used them before?

Only VAT. Computers appear to have a 0% duty. Shipping company may also charge a handling fee for doing the import paperwork.

Been looking for a new/used desktop pc within my 200-300 budget. This offer seems hot to me but waiting for any geek to shed some light whether this would be a bargain deal or not?

Dream on unless you have exact spec to run an Apple O/S you will have problems to install, its so hold down to infrastructure and good luck if you can.

Someone find me a cheap gaming small form PC, priced like this but with at least a gtx750!
Yes it is true. The hardware is pretty generic and should auto install drivers.
Yes... but you might need to disable 3D match engine, it might not work or might run slow but could be ok and you cant tell for certain from the specs (although the hd 520m is better than the intel 3100x graphics card, so it has a good chance of working fine). The relatively slow processor will make gameplay slow especially if you run a lot of leagues.
Yes but the onboard graphics card and lack of ability to upgrade it in any way will limit the games you can play, and limit the resolution you can play them in, and limit the graphics settings. Many games will work but they wont be pretty.
This gives you an example of where the intel 520 HD mobile stands in graphics card levels: http://www.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/Intel+HD+Graphics+520+Mobile/review
You can play games in lower resolutions, think 1366/1280 or lower, but you cannot tell which games will work without trying it or seeing if someone else has got it working.
If a game needs something only found on dedicated cards then the game wont work.

Don't know too much about this pc but I recently bought the Hystou, or Eggsnow as it is known on amazon, mini pc from aliexpress and it has been brilliant so far. I bought it with an i7 6500u, 256gb SSD and 8gb RAM. Both the RAM and SSD are Samsung and the case is shaped like a large heatsink, so requiring no fans and therefore completely silent.
It is dual RAM so I'm going to add another 8GB at some point and a 1tb 2.5 HDD which might add a little noise but will be acceptable. I could add an extra 2.5 SSD instead but can't really justify the price.
I think I paid around the same price as this one for the same specs.
If this one runs like mine then it will be a good computer. Know its limits though. This is more of a home pc with a bit of a punch. Good for using as a server as it will be low power and good for watching high res movies.
I'm sure it will play games on mid to low settings but don't buy this machine if you want to do serious gaming.
Mine will be used for Plex, movies, netflix and light gaming. I wanted something I could leave switched on without consuming a lot of electricity.

Very doubtful as it does not have a dedicated graphics card.

The mini's that could run it are stuff like the alienware, the brix gaming, and the expensive zbox en. All with dedicated graphics cards

No and no.
There is only one memory socket according to the specs and it has a max capacity of 8gb. There are no internal slots for raid controllers or any other cards.
