Like others say stay away.Youndint get a £4.6million fine for being a good company. Customer service is disgusting and billing a joke.Avoid and I get 80% staff discount and still wouldn't use them
Unlimited minutes and texts + 20Gb data, effectively £10 per month after cash back. I've done cash back with these guys before and never had any issues. Just ordered this one for my daughter.

Not one for patience are you? It can take a week or so to track. You can also claim missing cash back if it doesn't.
I can get 150mb down and 45 up in some areas but in an area 10 minutes away absolutely squat. A lot of times download according to speedtest is usable around 6mb/s however there is virtually no upload at all rendering your phone useless and unable to access any apps

Vodafone seem unable to add two discounts at the same time, so probably not.

I ordered this yesterday through E2save, £18:57 cash back with TCB. Never had any issues claiming my cash back, takes no more than a minute to upload your bill. I set Google calendar reminders for each claim

How did you get the O2 deal for £30 for OP3 with 20gb? Showing as a lot more online but would be keen to get same deal.

You don't hear so much about Three any more because they were expecting to merge with O2, so jacked up prices and let a whole lot of customers go. The merger got blocked and they now have a lot less customers to complain about them.

Stay well away. Have to call them every month to get Spotify cost taken off bill as continued to be charged £9.99a month.
Only good thing is the 4g signal with them in the north east is superb in most places and the roaming overseas has been superb.

That's happened to me the first month and they said that my account hadn't been set up for the entertainment pack on there system. Sorted, with a £10 credit to my account, with an easy 10 live chat

This exact deal was £20 last month. Contacted vodafone and they allowed the 30% employer advantage discount on top bringing it down to £14.

I managed to get 8GB, unlimited data, text, 2GB roaming plus spotify for 16.20. May not be the best, but I am happy with 8GB cab. They new cap setting is very useful, so it won't allow me to over use

Absolutely agree, been with them for 3years atrocious customer service/waiting times. However, once you are up and running there are not many issues and i've not had any problems apart from the initial set up as they messed up my data connection. If you do have issues have a strop and they will credit your account - just a pain in the backside trying to deal with them!

They're only the worst until they stop being the worst. It would be reasonable to expect them to clean up their act now.
It wasn't that long ago people made similar comments about Three. Not a peep now. Their service improved a bit, and the hysteria blew over.
I left for that exact reason. They wouldn't do better than £22.50 and wouldn't give EAP discount. 30% off SIM Only, but all the big tariffs are on a long term offer and not eligible. Pointless.
Went to O2 and got the same allowance (though no Spotify etc.) and a OnePlus Three for £30/month (so £180 over 24 months for an OP3). Bargain. Free lunch every Monday is worth more than Spotify or NowTV anyway.

I travel and work in and around Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire and i've discovered that Vodafone has some atrocious coverage. I get a "G" at best.
and i'm talking certain TOWN Centres, not a remote farm.
i'll never go with vodafone again!

I was with Three since they started, I would only lose the 3g connection when I was working in remote locations.
I still have the same issues with Vodafone on their 4g and 3g but at least you have the 2g signal to fall back on to can make calls and send texts.

Did this in Feb this year on the £20pm deal. I've found network coverage on 4G to be terrible in so many places around the country.
I am going back to Three or EE who have significantly more reliabe 4G coverage.
It's a good deal if you have good coverage where you live/work and don't travel much.

I did exactly the same. Went back to Three because of the lack of data connection on Voda.

Got this on the mobile.co.uk cashback deal in August. For me coverage including 4g I way better than 3 who I was with before. I had one issue with my account not being set to give me the free spotify, 10 min live chat and it was sorted and I was not out of pocket at all. First cashback claim was accepted just waiting for the cheque

We have been on a cashback deal with mobiles.co.uk and, although the cashback has come through, it has been a pain as I bought 2 SIM cards at the same time. You upload one bill and it uploads it to both numbers so it has cost me a fortune in calls to them at 13p/minute! to rectify the situation.
I will be going with this for my daughter, who is still at home, as she does not mind changing number.

Got this deal on the earlier mobiles.co.uk offer with cashback. No problems at all, Vodafone customer service have been great and the free Spotify Premium is now up and running.

Sorry about the delay in replying.
1/. Call cancellation or retention and ask for PAC
2/. Followed up the call the following day and asked if they could better the talk mobile deal at the moment which is 12GB, 5000 min and 5000 text for £12.
3/. Offered the £22.20 deal and the £16 deal.
4/. Asked for Better and they offered 2 months free on either deal and 2GB extra data.
5/. Asked if they could do a bit better and offered 3 months free plus 2GB data extra.
6/. Chose £22.20 deal and they credited my account with £66.60.
I hope this helps.
