They are also selling "Genuine" Apple cable's , check the feedback they are fake, high chance the remotes are also fakes some have said they are fake in feedback

Always worth disassembling the remote if buttons stop working. Easy to do, (1screw & prise open), usually just needs a quick wipe of the printed circuit board and underside of button pads due to moisture build up.

Sky had an online only 'return to sky' promo - it was on this site. think if you googled 'come back to sky' it took you to the right page, but you must have been a previous customer and not current.... you chat with someone online after a little while but all is legit - my account shows the credit of £100 already

awesome!!! only just went back to sky on their crazy offer - 12months @ 9.50 - with £100 credit on account.... the old remote had been bashed badly and back needed sellotaped but i wasn't goona bother as it worked fine, but now with TCB as well a nice pretty printed sky+HD remote is on its way... I bought an Arsenal one last time they were on offer for Fathers day gift, the quality is ten out of ten they are very nice, have just ordered another, star wars for the boy. I would reccomend guys!

Unfortunately, this half price offer is too late for me.....

My SKY remote wasn't working properly - nothing to do with batteries.
Phoned SKY - who would not send me a free one, had to buy one for about £20
I looked on ebay at these allegedly GENUINE ones, - but like you I checked the feedback - and too many people complaining about the quality.
In the end I bought a 2nd hand one off ebay - not perfect, but better than a **** one which falls to pieces or doesn't work after a week.

Having been conned too many times with supposedly official sky remotes on ebay I won't take the risk of buying from there now to save a couple of quid and will only buy from Sky directly but each to their own I guess...

Fair enough but as I said each to their own and to say all of these seem to be cheaper from that seller isn't accurate as the only item they have for sale is the Sky+ HD control and they aren't selling the terabyte control, the themed controls or the standard remotes or the TV & IO links.
